PTO President Post – Vol. 8 / Issue 12

Hello everyone!

As the Hardy BBQ is just around the corner, this Friday, June 17th, I would like to remind you to have your BBQ order forms in as soon as possible. The food order needs to be in to Costco on Tuesday evening. At least send me a digital one by tomorrow night if you can. We will have some extra food, but not in huge excess. If you are a Hardy benefactor, the BBQ is free to your family.

The Cake Walk has reached a minimum of cakes, but let’s make this a successful event. So please consider baking or buying a cake. The more we have, the better.

If you are not a baker, consider volunteering for one of our many open BBQ slots. Just 30 minutes from one adult from each family makes all the difference. Thank you to those who have already signed up. Volunteer to Grill! Volunteer to play! Volunteer to set-up or clean-up.

Congratulations to all our newly elected PTO board members:
Treasurers: Amy Reese and Lee Powers
Corresponding Secretary: Stephanie Hodges
Recording Secretary: Sarah Evans

Kindergarten VP: Michelle Marshall
1st grade VP: Terry Holt & Patsy O'Brien
2nd grade VP: Bonnie Walsh (please volunteer to be co-VP with her)
3rd grade VP:
4th grade VP: Pete Gast (please volunteer to be co-VP with him)
5th grade VP: Katie Garrett & Melissa Jacobs

I also want to thank all who served this past year.
